Even worse than a lump of coal, Lifetime was slapped with a lawsuit for calling a random household ugly in, of all issues, a Christmas film.
TMZ stories that Setiam Allah and spouse Katherine sued the community over their movie “Christmas Concord,” in which the couple’s household photograph was known as “ugly” by the male lead.
The lawsuit claims that an Allahs’ household image one way or the other ended up as a prop in the movie with out their permission.
Within the scene, the titular character Concord pins a random household photograph to the wall and her love curiosity tells her to take it down, including, “They’re ugly!”
The Allahs have been reportedly humiliated when their family and friends members known as them to tell them of their unlucky, unplanned cameo in the Christmas movie. They alleged in their swimsuit that they solely despatched their portraits to about 50 individuals, none of whom labored for Lifetime.
“Christmas Concord” first aired in November. The Allahs are asking for the entire movie’s earnings.
A rep for Lifetime didn’t return a request for touch upon the “Christmas Concord” swimsuit. The Allahs didn’t instantly return requests for remark.
