Usoro was charged together with Nsikan Nkan, Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Finance; Mfon Udomah, Accountant-Normal of Akwa Ibom State; Uwemedimo Nwoko, Lawyer-Normal of Akwa Ibom State and Margaret Ukpe (who’re all at giant) on a 10-count cost bordering on cash laundering.
