An African lady gushes as she crosses paths with the Prime minister of the Netherlands who was on foot, without bodyguards and no entourage of cars.
A video making rounds on social media captured the moment a lady and the prime minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte took a walk side by side.
The woman was ecstatic as she expressed awe at the thought of perhaps running across the president of a nation while she was out on foot like a regular person.
She stated that she was headed to work while the minister added that he was headed to see an ophthalmologist to check his glasses.
The video has since sparked mixed reactions as many other Africans doubt the possibility of such with their politicians.
