Blac Chyna has allegedly delivered legal documents to Pasionaye Nguyen, the mother of her ex-partner Tyga, in an effort to secure joint custody of their son, King Cairo.
As per reports from RadarOnline, Blac Chyna engaged a process server to locate the rapper at his residence in Los Angeles, as detailed in court documents obtained by the publication.
The server successfully reached Tyga’s West Hollywood home on September 1, and at 7:03 PM, handed the legal paperwork to Pasionaye Nguyen. This development compels Tyga, the “Taste” hitmaker, to respond to Blac Chyna’s custody petition, allowing her case to progress through the court system.
This latest development in the custody dispute between the former couple follows Blac Chyna’s filing of a Petition to Determine Parental Relationship in the Los Angeles Superior Court on July 24. In her filing, she requested joint custody of their 10-year-old son and also sought court-ordered child support, along with the issuance of an earnings assignment, without the need for further notice to either party.
