Nollywood legend Kanayo Kanayo asked his devoted following for recommendations on how to help a man who seemed paralyzed by terror.
The seasoned actor published the man’s statement on Instagram and reflected on how his early representation in Nollywood contributed to people’s opinions of him as an unrepentant ritualist.
Kanayo pleaded with his followers to aid the young man by giving him advice.

He appealed to his millions of fans for guidance on how to handle a fairly unnerving situation with a man who is wary of meeting Kanayo in person because of the actor’s involvement in money ritual movies through his dedicated Instagram
The message reflected how the Nigerian film industry, Nollywood, had depicted Kanayo during in the past.
The man noted that his perception of Kanayo had been shaped by the frequent portrayal of him as a brutal and unrepentant ritualist.
As a child, this man had internalized the idea of Kanayo as a person who was very devoted to ceremonial procedures.
It was interesting to note that the dread did not vary with time or with the fan’s personal development. The man had always been afraid of meeting Kanayo in person, even as an adult.
He openly shared his discomfort, revealing that he is unable to even share a meal at the same table or sit in close proximity to Kanayo, out of concern that he might become a victim of some sinister ritual.
In the message, the man expressed a desire for Kanayo to undergo a complete transformation in public perception.
Having come to realize that Kanayo is, in fact, a good-hearted individual, the fan implored him for guidance on how to overcome this deeply ingrained fear.
Reacting to the note, Kanayo humbly requested assistance from his fans, urging them to offer their insights and advice to help alleviate the man’s distressing sentiments.
