These criminals are worse than robbers.Their operation are not streamlined neither is a law guiding them. They only tell you it’s for revenue and nobody accounts for it. One fat, dirty Yorba man once seized my car during my service year and boasted he has cars and nothing would happen. They are close to turning Abuja into Lagos.
