In response to recent claims made by her father, Mr Felix Otabor, regarding her alleged abandonment of her family after winning N100 million on Big Brother Naija season 7, Josephina ‘Phyna’ Otabor, the winner of the reality show, has come forward to address the situation.
In an interview with Vanguard, Mr Otabor expressed disappointment that his daughter no longer answers their calls and that they have not had any contact with her since the day she was announced as the winner of BBNaija season 7 in 2022.
Furthermore, he shared that the family had hoped that their financial difficulties would come to an end when Phyna won the coveted prize, but instead, she seemingly disappeared from their lives.
Taking to Twitter, Phyna acknowledged the allegations made against her family and expressed her emotional response, stating, “In the history of dragging….. this is the first time I cried and it touched me. Let’s meet later on Instagram live.“
