Renowned artist Kizz Daniels has responded to recent reports suggesting that he was detained in Ivory Coast after allegedly refusing to perform for paying fans. The singer had traveled to Ivory Coast for a scheduled performance, which he, however, declined to take part in on October 12, as per observations made by Twitter users.
Subsequently, it was claimed that Kizz Daniels was apprehended by authorities in Ivory Coast due to his failure to perform as planned.
In response to these allegations, Kizz Daniels took to his Insta Stories to deliver a warning, stating, “This time, silence will not suffice.”
Notably, this incident occurred just a day after the artist shared a video featuring him and his team preparing for their trip to Ivory Coast, in which he disclosed that the cost of their flight amounted to N40 million.
It is worth mentioning that Kizz Daniels had previously encountered legal trouble in August 2022, when he was arrested in Tanzania for failing to fulfill his obligations at a concert.
