Nigerian Football star, Asisat Oshoala, has revealed that her father was not happy with the way she celebrated her winning goal during the match against Australia.
Recall that the Super Falcons star courted controversy when she excitedly removed her shirt after scoring the third goal against Australia at the FIFA Women’s World Cup, Asisat Oshoala.

The Barcelona player scored the vital goal, helping Nigeria win 3-2 in their second match, after taking advantage of a defensive blunder.

Oshoala can be seen enjoying the moment in a video going viral on social media. However, this led to her receiving a yellow card for removing her shirt on the field.
Social media users responded to the incident in a variety of ways. Some praised her for her impassioned celebration, while others criticized her for taking off her shirt.
Oshoala revealed on social media during the debate that her father disapproved of her for taking off her shirt to celebrate her victory. Yet she added that the purpose of life is to gather moments.
She posted pictures on social media with the description, “Shirtless,” that show her just as she was removing it.
