NFL star Robert Quinn has been taken into custody, just days after law enforcement responded to a reported hit-and-run incident on August 15th. According to reports from police officers, when they arrived at the scene, they observed significant damage to an F150 truck registered to Robert Quinn. The truck was allegedly involved in collisions with four cars within the vicinity, and it was also suggested that a community gate had been damaged.
It was reported that Quinn left the scene and proved elusive during subsequent attempts to locate him. During their examination of the vehicle, officers found a partially consumed bottle of Crown Royal Apple whiskey on the passenger side floorboard.

Subsequently, Quinn, a former Dallas Cowboy, was apprehended in South Carolina on August 18th. The 33-year-old pass rusher, who featured for the Eagles and Bears last season, was booked in a Dorchester County jail at approximately 8 AM. He faces charges of hit and run and assault, with court records indicating that he now faces a total of seven charges in connection with the incident.
Known as a first-round pick from the 2011 NFL Draft, Quinn has gained recognition as one of the league’s premier sack artists, amassing 102 quarterback takedowns across 162 career games. Presently a free agent following a less-than-stellar season split between Chicago and Philadelphia in the previous year, Quinn’s professional future remains uncertain.
