The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) also conveyed President Tinubu’s strong commitment to swiftly revamp the CBN and its monetary policies.
“As a first step, the President appointed a special investigator to examine the affairs of the CBN, which is currently in progress.
“In addition to the clean-up process, the President appointed new leaders to oversee the operations of the CBN,” Cardoso affirmed.
