Noelia Voigt, representing Utah, has been declared the winner of the prestigious Miss USA 2023 pageant.
Voigt achieved the title of Miss USA 2023 after an intense competition held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on Friday.

She emerged victorious, surpassing Miss Hawaii Savannah Gankiewicz, who secured the runner-up position, and Miss Wisconsin Alexis Loomans, who came in as the second runner-up.
Morgan Romano, who assumed the Miss USA 2022 title following R’Bonney Gabriel’s triumph at Miss Universe, had the honor of presenting the crown to Voigt.

This year’s pageant marked a historic moment, as it featured the first-ever married state titleholder, in line with a new directive by Miss Universe that allows married women and mothers to participate in the competition, breaking a long-standing tradition.
Noelia Voigt, aged 23, exuded elegance in a stunning silver dress with a daring thigh-high split. She later donned a captivating gold gown embellished with sparkling gems before being crowned Miss USA.

During the competition, Voigt impressed the panel of judges with her response to a question about her role as a ‘brand ambassador’ for the Miss Universe organization.
When asked what she would contribute, she expressed, “I believe the ability to connect with people is an incredibly important asset that a Miss USA should have. The United States of America is an incredibly diverse country, probably one of the most diverse in the entire world. So being able to connect with everybody is important.”

“As a bilingual Venezuelan-American woman, I plan to connect with that community of people because the United States of America is a diverse country, and a Miss USA needs to be able to represent every community no matter their background, their race, their ethnicity, anything, and I would like to be that Miss USA,” she added.
