The apprehended suspect, identified as Faisal Saidu, hails from the Kawarin Kudi Zango local government area in Katsina state. Following the agreement with the dealer, Saidu, donning military camouflage attire, proceeded to test drive the vehicle but cunningly disappeared without returning it.
