The apprehended suspect, identified as Faisal Saidu, hails from the Kawarin Kudi Zango local government area in Katsina state. The case revolves around a concerning incident where Saidu engaged in a vehicle transaction. He negotiated the purchase of a Honda Jazz with a local car dealer in Kebbi, agreeing upon a price of two million, two hundred thousand naira (N2,200,000). Following the agreement with the dealer, Saidu, donning military camouflage attire, proceeded to test drive the vehicle but cunningly disappeared without returning it.
