The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has officially disclosed that President Bola Tinubu has granted an exemption to the FCT Administration from the Treasury Single Account (TSA) system. This notable development was announced during a media briefing held in Abuja on Friday, October 13. The ensuing outcome effectively ensures that the FCTA now possesses increased control over its financial resources.
Additionally, Wike conveyed that Tinubu has granted approval for the establishment of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) within the FCT Administration. Furthermore, a mandate secretariat for women affairs has been authorized, signifying the President’s commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusivity.
