President Bola Tinubu expressed his commitment to making Nigeria an extremely favorable destination for foreign investments during his meeting with Indian billionaire Gopichand Hinduja, the chairperson of the Hinduja group of companies in India, according to a statement by Ajuri Ngelale, the president’s special adviser on media and publicity.
Tinubu emphasized his determination to eliminate obstacles that hinder investors and create an environment where they can thrive. His visit to India primarily aimed to attract investments to Nigeria, offering lucrative opportunities for investors, with a strong focus on generating employment for Nigerians and additional revenue streams for the country. He also assured the Indian billionaire businessman of his full support in facilitating smoother business operations in Nigeria.
