Nigerian socialite Sam Larry was compelled to shut down his Instagram account following widespread condemnation for his involvement in the mistreatment and harassment of the late singer, Mohbad. Numerous videos circulated online on September 13, revealing Sam Larry, a close friend and associate of singer Naira Marley, subjecting Mohbad to intimidation and distressing situations.

This development follows the tragic demise of the 27-year-old singer, who passed away on Tuesday under circumstances that are yet to be determined. The gifted musician was laid to rest in Ikorodu amidst profound sorrow on Wednesday.
In the aftermath of his burial, internet users unearthed videos portraying the cruel treatment inflicted upon the singer by Sam Larry and other associates in Lagos. One of these videos captured Sam Larry physically assaulting Mohbad while the singer was in the midst of shooting a music video with his colleague and friend, Zlatan Ibile.

Another clip depicted Mohbad in distress after being attacked by Sam Larry at a nightclub in Lagos, where his phone was also confiscated. Yet another video exhibited the singer with multiple injuries on his body following the physical altercation.
These revelations sparked widespread outrage on social media, prompting an influx of individuals to Sam Larry’s Instagram page to condemn him for mistreating the singer prior to his untimely passing. His name also gained significant attention across various social media platforms.
It appears that the backlash became overwhelming for the Nigerian socialite, leading him to take down his Instagram page. However, it remains unclear whether he permanently deleted his account or temporarily deactivated it.
