The young man, who happens to be a dedicated correctional officer, revealed that he and his wife resided under the same roof as his employer. To his utter surprise and dismay, it was revealed that his supervisor had been deliberately assigning him back-to-back overnight double shifts. Upon further investigation, it became clear that these scheduling decisions were made to enable his boss to engage in an affair with his wife.
In his own words, the young man shared his experience, stating, “After completing a grueling overnight shift as a corrections officer, I returned home only to find my grandmother notifying me of an odd scent on the bedsheets. Curiously, the scent was identical to the kente oil my boss often wore. It was then that I uncovered the truth – my boss had been scheduling me for double shifts solely for the purpose of sleeping with my wife.”
Fortunately, the young man found solace and support in his grandmother, his pillar of strength, who wasted no time in taking decisive action. As a result, the boss was promptly fired, and the young man, showing immense resilience, was promoted to his superior’s position.
