Jude Odion Ighalo, a striker for the Super Eagles, has recommended Victor Osimhen to think about joining Manchester United.
Ighalo, a former striker for Manchester United, believes that Osimhen will be a “wonderful fit” for the Red Devils.
The Napoli forward has been in blistering form this season, topping the series A goal chart with 19 goals.
His impressive performance has attracted the attention of heavyweight clubs in Europe with the Nigerian international heavily linked with a move to the English Premier League.
“I think it is a good fit because he is a young boy, he runs and he can score goals,” Ighalo told Sky Sports News.
“Having Victor Osimhen and Rashford in the top at Manchester United will cause any defender panic because they are two fast players and they are goalscorers. I think he will fit in well with Manchester United.
“I know him so well, he’s like a brother to me. We talk every once in a while, I advise him, I talk to him and I tell him to keep working hard and believe in himself, which he is doing. He is on the right path. He is a goalscorer, he never stops.”
